2. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for placing orders, payments, delivery, complaints, withdrawal from the contract, and food safety for online orders placed via https://yogkebab.com.

The Customer is obliged to read and accept these Terms and Conditions before placing an order.

The products offered are fresh meals prepared to order after the order is placed.

3. Placing Orders
Orders may be placed online via the website at any time, subject to the restaurant’s opening hours.

The Customer is required to provide correct contact details necessary for order fulfillment and delivery.

Changes or modifications to an order may be accepted only before food preparation has begun.

4. Payment Methods
The Customer may use the following payment methods:

• Przelewy24 (P24)

• PayU

• BLIK

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

• Credit card

• Debit card

• Cash on delivery (if available)

Online payments are processed via certified payment service providers.

5. Payment Rules
If online payment is selected, payment for the order must be made in full before order processing begins.

In the case of cash payment on delivery, the Customer is required to prepare the exact amount.

Incorrect payment may result in delays in order fulfillment.

6. Delivery
Delivery is carried out within zones specified on the website or via partner platforms (Wolt, Pyszne.pl, Glovo).

Delivery time depends on location, order size, and restaurant workload (approximately 30–60 minutes).

Delivery costs may vary depending on distance and the selected platform.

The Customer may also choose personal pickup at: Fabryczna 15, 05-500 Piaseczno.

Yog Kebab & Curry is not responsible for delays caused by partner platforms or circumstances beyond the restaurant’s control.

7. Complaints
Complaints regarding an order (e.g. incorrect items, missing elements, quality issues) should be reported immediately after receiving the order by e-mail to: yogkebab@gmail.com.

Yog Kebab & Curry considers each complaint individually and may offer a refund, partial refund, or preparation of a new dish, depending on the situation.

Due to the perishable nature of food, complaints submitted several hours after delivery may not be accepted.

8. Withdrawal from the Contract
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply due to the perishable nature of food (Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).

The Customer may cancel an order only before food preparation has begun. Once preparation has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

9. Personal Data Protection
Customer data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

The Customer has the right to access their data, correct it, and request its deletion.

10. Final Provisions
Yog Kebab & Curry reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions.

The version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the order is placed shall apply.
